Emily Henderson
OWNER/FOUNDER
In 2014, after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business management & Leadership from Portland State University, Emily became part the wonderful world of real estate!
She first began her journey as an administrative assistant for Mower Group Realty at Keller Williams. During the 3.5 years under their inspiring leadership, she quickly moved into the team’s transaction coordination role, become specialized in new construction TC systems and lastly, become their operations manager.
In 2017, Emily became a principal broker, and started Admin by Design- an independent transaction coordination and real estate services company. Throughout the last decade, Emily has coordinated thousands of transactions, and worked with some of Oregon’s top producing agents.
Emily lives in Hillsboro, OR with her husband Zach and Catahoula Leopard Dog, Pepper. In her personal life, Emily is a huge foodie! She enjoys reading, wine tasting, and most of all; being known as the “gatherer” of her friend and family. Nothing is more important to her than bringing together the people she loves.
Sara Webb
TRANSACTION and LISTING COORDINATOR
Sara has over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry as Listing and Transaction Manager. With a comprehensive background in office administration, Sara is a detail-oriented professional who prides herself on expertly handling each real estate transaction.
She has successfully coordinated over a thousand transactions throughout the years and has worked through the most complex issues. In short, she manages all the details behind the scenes that our clients and agents cannot live without.
Prior to her carrier in Real Estate, Sara was involved in the mortgage industry which gives her a well-rounded view of the complex detailed process.
Sara was born and raised in Oregon and loves the outdoors. She has a passion for plants and gardening. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, scuba diving, camping, and snowboarding.
Kelly Cherry
TRANSACTION and LISTING COORDINATOR
Kelly is a native Oregonian and has lived in the Portland metro area for over 20 years.
After getting her real estate license in 2018, Kelly turned her attention to details into a love for assisting fellow agents through the many steps & communications needs of their own transactions to allow them more time to focus on negotiations and serving their clients.
A few of Kelly’s favorite things are kayaking/paddleboarding, watching movies, reading mystery and adventure books, Mexican food, and any time that can be spent her family and friends.
