EMILY HENDERSON

Founder/Team Lead

Based in Forest Grove, Oregon, Emily Henderson is the founder of Admin by Design and the guiding force behind the team. Originally from Beaverton, Emily’s journey in real estate began as an administrative assistant with Mower Group Realty at Keller Williams. Over the next 3.5 years, she advanced rapidly—moving into transaction coordination, becoming a specialist in new construction systems, and eventually serving as operations manager.
In 2014, Emily earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Leadership from Portland State University, and by 2017, she became a Principal Broker and launched her own real estate services company. Since then, she’s coordinated thousands of transactions and worked alongside some of Oregon’s top-producing agents.
Emily thrives on systems, structure, and support. She’s passionate about creating streamlined processes that keep deadlines on track and agents focused on what they do best. A natural organizer and planner, she finds joy in helping others reach their full potential in an often fast-paced and challenging industry.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys life with her husband Zach, their son Ewan, and their Catahoula Leopard Dog, Pepper. She’s a big-time foodie who loves cooking, reading, wine tasting, and gathering friends and family together—often acting as the “connector” and planner of her social circle.
Described by those around her as thoughtful, supportive, and always one step ahead, Emily is currently embracing the balance of motherhood and entrepreneurship with grace. Her goal? To be a source of calm and confidence for her clients and team—bringing organization, clarity, and peace of mind to every transaction.

JENIFER (JEN) MAYORGA

Listing Coordinator

Born and raised in Oregon, Jen proudly calls Hillsboro home—after years spent in the nearby communities of Beaverton and Aloha. With a career that’s spanned higher education, coaching, fundraising, and now real estate, she brings a uniquely versatile skill set to every team she joins.
As a Listing Coordinator, Jen is a behind-the-scenes powerhouse, specializing in operations, CRM setups, workflow optimization, project management, marketing, and consultative sales.
Jen holds a BA in Communication and has continually invested in her development through coaching certifications, online courses in business and digital marketing.
Her journey into real estate was a bit serendipitous, but what’s kept her here is a genuine love for supporting agents and keeping the wheels of the business turning. She’s motivated by growth—both in herself and others—and is passionate about helping people operate from a place of purpose and strength. As a former coach, she deeply believes in the transformative power of human potential.
Outside of work, Jen runs a resale clothing business and virtual assistant venture, and spends as much time as possible with her children and friends. She’s also passionate about how children learn, the future of education, and sustainability in the fashion industry.
A few fun facts? Jen once worked at a popular Portland radio station—yes, she even donned the mascot costume at events (with only a little regret). She’s lived in Boston, backpacked through South America for six weeks, and reads the Federalist Papers in her spare time—for fun.
Her personal motto, inspired by Camus, speaks to her resilient and hopeful nature: “In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer.”
